Every piece of jewelry in our collection is crafted with care, and we want to make sure it arrives at your door just as beautifully as it was made. We take great pride in packaging and delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and as promptly as possible.
Please take a moment to read through our shipping policy below. It covers everything from processing times and shipping rates to international orders and how to handle any unexpected issues along the way. If you ever have a question that is not answered here, our support team is always happy to help.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Once your order is placed, our team gets right to work! Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may not begin processing until the following business day.
For custom or made-to-order jewelry, a little extra love goes into every piece — please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing. If your order falls into this category, you will receive an email notification with an estimated processing timeline so you always know where things stand.
PLEASE NOTE: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your estimated delivery window begins once your order has been fully processed and handed off to the carrier.

We offer several shipping options to fit your timeline and budget. All delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order ships — not from the date of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to ship to customers around the world! International shipping is available to select countries, and all international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International, depending on package size and destination.
Please allow 7–21 business days for international delivery. Transit times can vary based on your country's customs clearance process, which is outside of our control.

Some remote destinations may be subject to higher shipping rates, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No surprises — we promise!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation emailcontaining your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to fully update in the carrier's system — sometimes there is a small delay between when the label is created and when the first scan is recorded.
You can track your package at any time using the following resources:
- Visit usps.com and enter your tracking number in the Track a Package tool.
- Log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order history to view the current status of your shipment.
TIP: Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see your shipping confirmation email within your expected processing window.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
We understand how stressful it can be when a package does not arrive on time, and we truly want to help. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, we are not able to control transit times or carrier delays — but we will do everything in our power to help you resolve any issue that comes up.
If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date, here is what we recommend:
- Wait 3 additional business dayspast the expected delivery date, as packages sometimes experience minor carrier delays.
- Check with neighbors and building management — packages are occasionally left in an unexpected location or accepted by someone nearby.
- Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to open a missing mail inquiry at usps.com.
- Reach out to our support team if the issue remains unresolved — we will jump in and do our best to help.
IMPORTANT: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend filing a claim with USPS as soon as possible. Our team will gladly assist you through this process and advocate on your behalf.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase — customers are responsible for ensuring that all address information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our very best to make the correction, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee to have the order sent out again.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
If you are ordering from outside the United States, please be aware that your country may assess customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon delivery. These charges are entirely separate from your order total and shipping fee, and are determined solely by your local customs authority — not by us.
We are not able to predict or cover these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon receipt. If you have questions about potential duties, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
We mark all international packages as merchandise and always declare the accurate order value on customs forms. We are unable to mark packages as "gift" or undervalue shipments, as this is against postal regulations.
HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
During our busiest times of year, both processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier capacity. The following periods typically experience higher-than-normal demand:
- Black Friday & Cyber Monday
- Holiday Season (November – December)
- Valentine's Day
- Mother's Day
We strongly encourage you to order earlyduring these periods to ensure your jewelry arrives on time. Shipping cutoff dates for guaranteed holiday delivery will be posted on our website as these seasons approach — keep an eye out!
OUR RECOMMENDATION: When gifting for a special occasion, ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance during peak seasons gives your order the best chance of arriving right on time.
