Refund & Return Policy

We want every piece you receive to feel as special as the moment it was meant for. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our policy below — and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

1. OUR COMMITMENT

At Craft Collection by Rebekah, every piece of jewelry we create and curate is held to the highest standard of craftsmanship and care. We believe that wearing jewelry is a deeply personal experience — whether it marks a milestone, celebrates a relationship, or simply brings you joy every day. Our commitment to you goes beyond the sale: we stand behind the quality of every item we offer and are dedicated to making sure your experience with us is one you feel good about from start to finish.

If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will do our very best to make it right.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We gladly accept returns on eligible items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered in any way.
  • The item is in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and any accompanying materials intact.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase(order confirmation email or order number).

Please note that custom, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for return unless the item arrived defective or damaged through our error. These pieces are made uniquely for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except in the case of a verified defect caused by us:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry — items customized with names, initials, dates, or other personal details.
  • Custom orders — pieces made to order based on your specific specifications.
  • Earrings — for hygiene and safety reasons, all earring sales are final.
  • Final sale items — any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards — gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by Craft Collection by Rebekah — including items that have been resized, repaired, or altered by a third party.

4. RETURN TIMELINE

To initiate a return, please contact us first at rebekah.craft5@outlook.com before shipping anything back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process the return after it arrives.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different card or account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of shipping at the time of your original order will be deducted from your refund total, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Partial refunds may apply in cases where an item is returned in a condition that is not fully original — for example, if packaging is damaged or an item shows minor signs of handling beyond what was disclosed.
  • Store credit is available as an alternative to a monetary refund. If you prefer store credit, simply let us know when you initiate your return and we will apply the full eligible amount to your account.

PLEASE NOTE

Refunds typically appear on your bank or credit card statement within 3–5 business days after processing is complete. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style within the same 30-day return window, subject to item availability.

  • The item being exchanged must meet the same eligibility criteria as standard returns (unused, unworn, in original condition with packaging).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when sending the original item back to us.
  • Craft Collection by Rebekah will cover the cost of shipping the new exchange item to you.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges on personalized, engraved, or final sale items are not permitted.

To begin an exchange, please contact us at rebekah.craft5@outlook.com with your order number and the details of what you'd like to exchange for.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great care in packaging every order, but we understand that issues can occasionally occur in transit or due to a manufacturing defect. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize and will make it right immediately.

  • All damage or defect claims must be reported within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • To report a damaged or defective item, please email us at rebekah.craft5@outlook.com with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging
  • Upon review, Craft Collection by Rebekah will offer either a full replacement of the original item or a complete refund — your choice — at absolutely no cost to you.
  • You will not be required to return the defective item in most cases, though we may request it to assist with quality improvement.

IMPORTANT

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a free replacement or refund, as we are unable to verify the condition of the item at the time of receipt. Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

8. ORDER ISSUES — WRONG ITEM OR MISSING ITEMS

If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, or if part of your order is missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to correcting any order fulfillment error quickly and at no cost to you.

  • Report any wrong or missing item within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Email us at rebekah.craft5@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. Include a photo if applicable.
  • Craft Collection by Rebekah will verify your order and ship the correct item(s) to you with priority shipping, at no additional charge.
  • In cases where a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

9. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

The following guidelines apply to return shipping costs:

  • Standard returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong-item returns: Craft Collection by Rebekah will cover all return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon confirmation of the issue.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx) when sending a return. Please retain your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
  • Craft Collection by Rebekah is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Lost return packages without tracking cannot be refunded.
  • Return packages must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipment. We recommend reusing the original packaging when possible.

10. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Requesting a return is simple. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your return is processed without delay:

  1. Contact us first. Email rebekah.craft5@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. Do not ship your item before receiving authorization.
  2. Receive your Return Authorization. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions and our mailing address.
  3. Ship the item securely. Package your item carefully in its original packaging. Clearly write or include your RA number on the outside of the package or on an enclosed note. Ship via a trackable method and retain your tracking number.
  4. Receive your refund or exchange.Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued or your exchange has shipped.

⚠ DO NOT SEND ITEMS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

Any items returned without a valid Return Authorization number will not be accepted and cannot be refunded or returned to the sender. Please always contact us before shipping.
